Welcome
This site is a work in progress and compilation of training sessions I have given, and may include opinions based on my own experience in my personal classroom. The two main sections are Specific Tools & Integration. Specific Tools will take a look at one tool individually based on how I utilize it in my own classroom and includes resource links to learn more from the creators of the tool. Integration houses reasons to integrate and a guide on how to integrate in your own classroom.
My key idea is: Work smart, not hard. Meaning, technology is full of resources and more and more resources are being created daily. Sometimes they simply give a resource a new product title. If you find something that works for your style and for your classroom then keep using it! Of course try out new things, but if it works then use it and keep using it! Don't sweat keeping up with the technology race, just use what works.
Oh, and one more thing... you don't have to spend money to have a digital classroom. Trust me, I have 4 kids, 3 furry kids, a husband, and a teacher salary. I haven't spent a dime on technology resources. I just make the most of what I am given.
